On Thursday January 28th over 254 registered guests helped MCC’s founder and resident Hua Hin Diva Khun Lizzy celebrate the 3rd anniversary of her Multi-Cultural Community. Guests were treated to a celebratory fireworks display marking the auspicious occasion.
The event was held at the Hilton Hotel’s Rama V Ballroom and as with last year’s anniversary the Dress Code was Pink.
The VIP list was long but not nearly as long as the 50 vouchers that were donated to be won via a raffle which resulted in the most raffle tickets ever sold at an MCC event.
On hand to celebrate with Khun Lizzy were Provincial Parliamentarian Khun Thaweesin Pattanapiras and his wife, Goetz Bauer, the GM of the new Marriott Hotel along with his wife Petra, Roland Hohmann from Bumrungrad Hospital, Mike Fijas, GM of Vana Nava along with his wife Julie, Pol. Lieutenant Colonel Khun Arom Khwannet, Deputy Superintendent of Prachuabkhirikhan Immigration, Khun Kai Virapol Cholvibul, Bonnie Bibas, George Grecia and Khun Amm Manyasthien from True Arena Hua Hin and Nation TV’s Mouth to Mouth Television program which recorded a special segment for an upcoming episode.
Brian Anderson, Hua Hin’s answer to well-known M.C. Steve Harvey, was on hand once again to keep the night lively and moving smoothly. Money raised from the evening goes to the many Charities that Khun Lizzy helps support. Always held on the 28th, the next MCC event will take place in March.
