Hua Hin has a new beachfront destination for drinks and nibbles, and it is called CoCo’s as in Coconuts.
Located beachside at the InterContinental Hua Hin Resort, CoCo’s serves Thai inspired food and drinks in an Art-Deco influenced setting.
Design features include early modernist-era motifs with a tropical twist in everything from the interior presentation to the specialised glassware and exotic lighting.
Adjacent to the resort’s beachfront swimming pool, Coco offers plenty of seating choices, including fireside and cabana settings.
CoCo’s signature cocktails are a must. Try their “Tropical Like It’s Hot” made with Lychee infused vodka, aromatic Jerry Thomas, lychee juice, and homemade spiced pomegranate syrup or a “Mai Thai Mosa” featuring Zonin Prosecco, Mekhong orange liqueur, lime, orgeat & pineapple juice. Need a little pick me up with your libation? Try their Coco Coffee Nut made with Coconut puree, white cream de cacao, bailey’s, coconut cold extract with spice rum, roasted coconut, and espresso.
Traditional cocktails are always available along with draft & bottled craft beers, ciders, local beers and a varied wine selection.
Popular food options at CoCo’s include a Wagyu Burger with Foie Gras, Chicken Wings marinated with Cumin and Kaffir Lime, Coconut Breaded Calamari, Pan Fried Shrimps in Garlic, Ginger & Roasted Chili Paste, Pizza’s & more.
All-day service begins in the early morning with healthy breakfast options, then extends into the afternoon with salads, bar snacks and more. As the sun sets and the lights of Hua Hin’s fishing fleet on the gulf horizon set the scene, evenings at Coco Bar turn definitely chilled with a DJ and saxophonist entertaining most evenings.
CoCo Bar at the InterContinental Hua Hin Resort is the perfect venue to toast another heavenly evening in Hua Hin. Open Daily from 12.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
