Finally, the ultimate social Sunday Brunch launches at the Big Fish & Bar in March! On the second Sunday of the month, guests will be able to enjoy a selection of more than 20 delectable dishes served over five courses. These shared plates will be served in a stylish social setting, with guests seated together at long tables, creating a fun and friendly ambience.
The five-course feast starts with a series of small bites, such as beef tartare and oysters, accompanied by a welcome cocktail. These are followed by a choice of six starters, such as scallop carpaccio and soft shell crab with saffron sabayon. Diners will then be treated to four mouth-watering main courses, including rib-eye beef with truffle butter and fried red snapper, before tucking into a choice of cheeses and finishing with a delectable selection of Chef Xavier’s signature dessert.
The food-only package is available for THB 1,600++, while two beverage packages are also available featuring free-flow wines, beers, premium drinks and cocktails. This social Sunday Brunch will be held from 12pm to 4pm on 8th April 2018.
