Fifteen years of excellence in the real estate and hospitality sectors was commemorated on Friday evening November 15th at Boutique Corporation’s 15 Year Anniversary Celebration held at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.
The glittering celebration was hosted by stunning emcee, Khun Ning Saraichatt with outstanding performances from one of the most stunning voices in Thailand, Khun Rudklao Amratisha, as well as performances from pop-opera sensations Fivera, it was a night to remember.
Manish Jha, Boutique’s Head of Hospitality Operations, gave the welcoming speech followed by Boutique Corporation’s President and Group CEO, Khun Prab Thakral, who gave the evening’s keynote address. 
Recalling the inception of Boutique, he said, “I began this journey with a passion for real estate and a keen interest in Thailand’s booming tourism industry.” He continued, “Low-cost carriers were innovating which was driving demand for a more diverse choice of accommodation, particularly three-star hotels. With this in mind, I purchased my first plot of land on Sukhumvit Soi 16 and opened the first Citadines property. By 2008, we had designed, developed and launched four properties in central Bangkok under the Citadines brand, in joint venture with The Ascott Limited, a subsidiary of Singapore based CaptiaLand”.
Speaking to the future, Thakral said “Boutique’s portfolio is fast growing and strong, and our ambitions for the organization are big. I believe that we will exceed expectations and continue to innovate and contribute positively to the communities in which we operate”.
K. Prab Thakral concluded his speech by stating that Boutique’s goal is to have 30 properties under its operation in the coming years.
The decadent Gala Dinner was attended by more than 250 guests and members of the media to celebrate the momentous occasion.
