Orchid Palm Homes, Building Confidence In Hua Hin

    November 29, 2022Updated:November 29, 20225 Mins Read

Multi-Award-winning, family operated, Orchid Palm Homes has been one of Hua Hin’s most successful developers since they began building in Hua Hin in 2004.  You could see from their very first project, aptly named Orchid Palm Homes 1, that they were doing things differently, both in style and quality, from what was being offered elsewhere.

It was a game changer, and every other Hua Hin developer took notice.

The developer, Steve Ayling, began his career in construction at the age of sixteen, where he learned the proper practices & standards expected for a high-quality Western built home, before moving to Thailand in the early 2000’s.

The first two Orchid Palm Home projects are on Soi 102.  Since then, they have all been in the Thap Thai area of Hua Hin. Following this, Orchid Palm Homes numbered their developments up until number 6, which they then called Orchid Palm Residence.

From there, they went on to build, and complete, The Views, Mali Residence, Mali Prestige, Mali Signature, & they are currently building and selling their latest development, Mali Lotus.

Mali Lotus offers 57 land plots and as of this writing (20 Nov. 2022,) the project is 80% sold.  Although all homes come with private swimming pools, the development also has a large communal pool and a fully equipped gym fitted with high-end, professional equipment.

When Steve and his team were designing the first Mali project, they took into consideration the changing demographic of Hua Hin, that more and more young families with children were moving there. From that first Mali project, all their developments have included a family-oriented community area.  The inclusion of a communal pool, barbecue area, and/or fitness facility allows neighbors to get to know one another and their children to make new friends.

Buying an off-plan villa allows you to customize many features, such as tiles, paint colours, kitchen layout as well as furniture. You can also make design changes to the overall plan, making rooms bigger or smaller, adding more living space, terrace space or whatever you wish to make your dream home.

All villas are internally plastered to British standards and come complete with DC-inverter air conditioning, ceiling fans, a fully fitted imported European standard kitchen by Kvik of Denmark, kitchen appliances, fitted wardrobes and an in-house security system and smoke alarms.  The purchase price also includes a furniture package, landscaped garden, swimming pool plus water feature and an outside toilet and shower.

One of the many reasons they are such sought after homes is the presence of a fully operational maintenance company, A.A.S.S Services, that looks after all of their developments, and is an integral part of the villa sale. Each development has an onsite Service manager that oversees the teams that look after the daily tasks of pool cleaning, gardening & security, as well as making sure all of the common areas are clean, tidy and well maintained. In addition to the onsite services, a resident on any of the Mali developments, can take advantage of their shuttle bus that runs four times a day, 7 days a week, to Hua Hin.

Mali Lotus offers three standard house styles.

    VILLA DELUXE

The Villa Deluxe is a three bedroom, two & a half bathroom home with a living area of 184 square meters. The master bedroom enjoys access to the swimming pool, and an en-suite bathroom. The main area of the house, which includes the kitchen, dining and living room, is open plan, providing a great space for relaxing & entertaining. The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms have a shared bathroom.

The terrace is covered to provide protection from the sun and rain.  Included with this home is a 350,000 THB furniture voucher with Beautiful World Furnishings. The starting price for this home is 7.5 million THB.

    VILLA SIGNATURE

The Villa Signature is a three bedroom, two & a half bathroom home with a living area of 192 square meters. An open plan living room & kitchen with vaulted ceiling, make this villa feel very spacious. Outside you’ll find an outside kitchen with gas BBQ, a larger swimming pool at 9.5m x 4m, and a sun deck area.

The design provides more open plan living with larger rooms and more terrace area, a great space for relaxing & entertaining.  Included with this home is a 350,000 THB furniture voucher with Beautiful World Furnishings. The starting price for this home is 8.5 million THB.

    VILLA LEELAWADEE

The Villa Leelawadee is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom home with a living area of 214 square meters. The Master bedroom is en-suite with a large walk-in closet & terrace access. The second and third bedroom are also en-suite, with the second bedroom having terrace access.

The living area is open plan giving a great space for relaxing & entertaining. A large, covered terrace provides ample protection from the sun and rain with an open panoramic view of the large 13m x 3.8m swimming pool.

Included with this home is a 350,000 THB furniture voucher with Beautiful World Furnishings.  The starting price for the Villa Leelawadee is 9.5 million THB.

After successfully selling out ten projects, and soon their eleventh, equating to hundreds of homes built in Hua Hin, Orchid Palm Homes has earned trust and its reputation for consistently building stylish, well designed, quality homes at a great price.
