    The name Sea Fire Salt is inspired by: Sea—savor the essence of the ocean, Fire—food grilled to perfection, Salt—gourmet salts from around the world. This culinary gem beautifully captures the essence of the ocean. Floor to ceiling windows look out over the Gulf of Siam. Swaying palm trees dance in the balmy breeze. The interior of the restaurant sparkles with a blending of soft lighting and dark wood, creating an intimate atmosphere that is both elegant and inviting. Outdoor seating enhances the experience, highlighted by the breeze and the soothing sound of waves. This is truly a special spot for both a romantic dinner as well as a special celebration.

    We started off the evening with signature cocktails that perfectly complemented the fabulous starters. The mediterranean Negroni features a malty gin, rosemary infused Campari that beautifully enhances the sweetness of vermouth, touched by a hint of olive oil. Equally captivating is the Batida del Passion, a vibrant blend of Phraya rum and Chalong Bay rum. The sweet condensed milk adds a creamy texture, while the passion fruit espuma caps off the cocktail with a light, airy finish.

    The starters definitely set a high bar for culinary creativity and taste. The pickled Salmon Tonnato, is topped with trout caviar, tuna mousseline and giant capers. It is a delicate, stand out dish that beautifully pairs the richness of the salmon with briny pop of the trout caviar. This gastronomical delight creates a taste that lingers after each mouthful. Accompanying this is the Italian Burrata, which has a decadent creamy texture that pairs exquisitely with the smokey sweetness of the grilled tomato. It is perfectly complemented by the tomato jam, marinated pomelo, and tonic-basil gel. Kudos to the chef’s skill and dedication to detail. Together with the signature cocktails, the evening started off with an unforgettable beginning.

    The Iberico Lamb was next, a culinary masterpiece that once again shines a light on the restaurant’s commitment to high quality ingredients, leading to an exceptional flavor. On its arrival, we were captivated with the beautifully presented, perfectly cooked lamb. The rich, deep color hints at the succulent experience forthcoming. Iberico lamb is known for its intense marbling and flavor, and it is grilled to perfection. The exquisitely charred exterior gives way to a melt-in-your-mouth interior, with each bite being an explosion of flavor. Served with expertly created sides, including Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges, Grilled Asparagus, and Almond Broccoli, this dish is not just another meal, it’s an experience that celebrates the chef’s artistry.

    The array of different salts elevates the dining experience to new heights. The selection includes four delicate options. The Thai Maldon Salt adds a tough of brininess, while the Australian Smoked Sea Salt gives a rich aromatic depth that enhances both meat as well as seafood. The Pakistani Black Mountain Salt offers a complexity, with its dark hue a striking contrast to the lighter salts. The Himalayan Pink salt brings an earthy vibrant note. The knowledgeable staff are happy to guide you through the selection.

    The Giant Squid dish is a standout showcasing culinary expertise and the freshness of the sea. The squid, netted in the gulf of Siam, is grilled to perfection, and boasts a slightly charred exterior, offering a delightful texture and flavor. Each bite is enhanced by a drizzle of house made sauce, which adds a bright taste without overpowering the natural goodness of the seafood.

    Dessert—the highlight of any meal for me—made its grand entrance next. First up: the Mango Tart, bursting with bright, sun-kissed flavors that whisk you away to a tropical paradise. The ripe mango is perfectly complemented by the nutty and savory notes in the mango-sesame salsa. The meringue is expertly fired to achieve a crusty exterior. The balance between the meringue and the creamy mango filling is created to leave a harmonious taste experience, which is what it does. The delicate crust rounds out the dessert’s texture, making it a standout choice from the dessert menu.

    The second dessert arrived bearing a chocolate name, Chocolate Love. This proved to be a decadent combination of rich flavors and textures. The airy chocolate mousse bar is perfectly complemented by a crunchy mixed nut base. Topped by a luscious dark chocolate ganache, this dessert creates a symphony of tastes and textures that are pleasing to the plate, a true chocolate lover’s delight.

    This evening’s dining experience was extraordinary, and will leave a lasting mark on my culinary journey. The inviting ambience and attentive service set the stage for tonight’s unforgettable meal. Each dish was meticulously crafted. The restaurant’s commitment to quality and excellence was highlighted in every offering. The array of artisanal salts enhanced every bite. The desserts, provided a fitting end to an evening of gastronomical delights.
