The Amari Hua Hin Resort’s Shoreline Beach Club is open once again and looking better than ever after completing a major remodel and the building of a swimming pool.
As before, the Shoreline Beach Club offers indoor and outdoor dining but the menu has been completely revamped. Lunch is available from 12:00 to 17:00 and is based on “tapas-style” and comfort food. Most dishes come in small and large portions, and one can find “comfort food” such as chicken wings, deep-fried squid and freshly made pizza. Healthy options are also available such as pomelo salad or a tuna burger or cool off and satisfy your sweet tooth with a Ratchaburi Banana Split.
Dinner is served from 18:00 to 22:00 with a menu that is more sophisticated, offering dishes such as tuna tataki, Gravlax, shellfish bisque, pasta, the famous Shoreline BBQ platter, Tiramisu and a decadent chocolate brownie.
Recipes of pizza (lunch) and pasta (dinner) have been adapted from the famous Prego Restaurant (trained by Chef Marco Boscaini) in Koh Samui
The bar is open all day, with Singha on tap and a wide variety of cocktails, with or without alcohol as well as smoothies and milkshakes.
Outside guests wishing to use the club facilities (sun loungers, pool) are welcome and can do so for a THB 500/person fee which is returned in the form of a THB 500 food and beverage voucher to be used on the same day. Sun loungers are available on a first come, first served basis.
