The annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, the kingdom’s longest-running real estate awards programme, has launched the inaugural People’s Choice Awards, which will debut as one of the highlights of its 19th edition.
The first-ever People’s Choice Awards at the 19th Annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards will honour the kingdom’s top real estate developers as voted by property seekers. The results will be verified and audited by third-party supervisor, HLB.

Voting for the People’s Choice Awards opens on 26 July 2024 (00:00 Indochina Time) and runs until 9 August 2024 (23:59 Indochina Time). Voters will choose from nominated developers that have been selected according to project quality, brand reputation, and consumer satisfaction.
Recipients of the People’s Choice Awards will be presented at the 2024 black-tie gala dinner and presentation ceremony of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards. The highly anticipated celebration will be held on 20 September 2024 at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok. The event is supported by Thailand’s leading property portals, DDproperty.com and ThinkOfLiving.com.

Chosen by property seekers, for consumers
The People’s Choice Awards are chosen entirely by property seekers in Thailand, giving consumers an opportunity to participate in choosing the winners to be presented at Thailand’s leading real estate awards event, the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards gala night.

HLB Thailand is also responsible for overseeing the entire judging process, ensuring it is conducted with integrity and transparency.
An independent panel of judges, composed of experts in real estate, construction, architecture, and related fields, will participate in selecting the best developers, developments, and designs across over 200 competitive categories.
The PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards are part of the regional PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series, which marks its 19th year in 2024. The series covers key markets across the region, spanning Southeast Asia, East Asia, South Asia, and Oceania, with exclusive gala dinners and awards ceremonies that represent the most anticipated property events of the year.
Major winners in the competitive categories will compete with their peers abroad for the coveted titles of “Best in Asia” at the 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, which will be presented on 13 December 2024 in Bangkok.
