On 29 February 2020, Nikki Beach Worldwide celebrated the launch of their new concept beach restaurant, Escape. Designed in unique bohemian beach flair, the restaurant sets to provide the best atmosphere for an aperitif from sunset till dark and dinner as a couple or with family and friends. Bury your feet in the sand, feel the ocean breeze on your body, and discover a menu where local and Mediterranean cuisines come together.
The highly anticipated opening of Escape by Nikki Beach saw guests, including industry partners and others, invited to the Koh Samui Resort & Spa location. Living up to the Nikki Beach tradition, exceptional live performances and spectacular fire shows kept guests entertained throughout the evening as they splurged on an exclusive selection of signature cocktails and canapés.
The highlight of the evening came with a preview of Escape’s menu—the core of the food offering is Mediterranean-style cuisine made with local ingredients and produce, embracing the idea of “Zero Kilometer,” referring to the lack of distance food travels to get to the kitchen. The menu is made exclusively with fresh ingredients that are supplied daily from the nearby fishing villages and local farms.
One of the hallmarks of Escape is the live cooking on the beachfront barbeques as a relaxing playlist of DJ beats strains in the background. The design of the restaurant also accommodates special events and weddings with various food, beverage, and entertainment packages.
