Habitat Group Co., Ltd. emerged as the biggest winner, bagging multiple awards including the prestigious Best Lifestyle Developer and Best Condo Development (Thailand) for Wyndham Grand Residences Wongamat Pattaya.
The EM District Co., Ltd. was honored with the Best Retail Developer title, with its EmSphere Shopping Complex being recognized as the Best Retail Development. This highlights the growing importance of retail spaces in enhancing urban living. Phuket9, another prominent winner, was named Best Developer (Phuket), showcasing the island’s allure as a top destination for property investors.
The awards celebrated a diverse range of developments across Thailand, from the bustling streets of Greater Bangkok to the serene beaches of Phuket, the Royal Resort town of Hua Hin, and the Eastern Seaboard. Winners like Andaman Asset Solution, Botanica Luxury Phuket Co., Ltd., and MontAzure exemplified the best in boutique, luxury, and mixed-use developments, respectively.
PNP Real Estate Co. Ltd., was another major winner of the night for their La Felice housing development in Hua Hin. The company picked up awards for the Best Villa Hua Hin, Best Breakthrough Developer Hua Hin, Best Housing Architectural Design Hua Hin, Best Housing Interior Design Hua Hin, as well as a highly commended in the Best Smart Home Development category. Hua Hin also saw Issara United Co. Ltd. taking home the Best Luxury Beachfront Condo Development Hua Hin Award for their beachfront development Sasara Hua Hin.
In addition to developments, the night paid tribute to individuals who have made significant contributions to the industry. Thongma Vijitpongpun, vice chairman of Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited, was honored with the Thailand Real Estate Personality of the Year award for his three decades of leadership and innovation in residential development.

Established in 2005, the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards remain the longest-running awards programme of its kind in the country. Main country winners of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards will be eligible to compete in the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on Friday, 8 December, also in Bangkok, Thailand. The selected winners will contend for the Best in Asia regional honours against their peers from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam, as well as Australia, India, Japan and China.
