Leading the pack was Singapore’s GuocoLand, winning the coveted Best Developer (Asia) award for the third time, a testament to their unwavering quality and innovation. Frasers Property Singapore, UOL Group Limited, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, and EL Development Pte Ltd, all from Singapore, also clinched top honors, further solidifying Singapore’s position as a leader in the Asian real estate market.
Indonesia and The Philippines: Regions of Winners
Indonesia emerged as a formidable contender with eight regional wins, the most for any country. PT Sinar Mitbana Mas’s achievement as the Best Breakthrough Developer (Asia) highlighted the region’s innovative spirit and growth potential. Similarly, the Philippines shone brightly with seven wins, led by Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates, showcasing the country’s industrial development prowess.
Vietnam and Thailand: Rising Stars in Real Estate
Vietnam’s property market was well-represented with six wins, with SonKim Land Corporation leading the charge. Thailand also made its mark with six wins, featuring Andaman Asset Solution as the Best Boutique Developer (Asia), a title that reflects the nation’s growing influence in niche property development.
Australia, Malaysia, Cambodia: Diverse Achievements
Australia’s property market was recognized for its lifestyle-oriented developments, with Salvo earning the Best Lifestyle Developer (Asia) award. Malaysia and Cambodia each secured four wins, highlighting their growing importance in the Asian real estate scene. Malaysia’s Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) was named the Best Affordable Homes Developer (Asia), reflecting the country’s focus on inclusive development.
Greater Niseko, Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China: Regional Excellence
Representing the Japanese skiing haven, Greater Niseko, were Hanacreek by Apex Property and Aki Niseko by Takuetsu Co., Ltd., showcasing the region’s unique property offerings.
