Salmon and Tuna Tartar, the finest Norwegian Salmon, smoked, cured and marinated. A large selection of Caviar is also available served with blinis, capers and sour cream.
The District open-kitchen offers a visual culinary treat, guests can select their mains from the best of The District Grill Room and Bar such as Fresh Truffle Risotto, Truffle Scrambled eggs, Norwegian Grilled Salmon, Confit Duck Leg, Australian premium Steak and Lamb Chops apart from a selection of the finest carving stations as well as a Foie Gras and Seared Hokkaido Scallops station.
