The refined wine and food pairing menus were Arrigoni “Otello”, Prosecco from Veneto paired with Baked New Zealand Mussels with Cheese, Arrigoni “Vernaccia Torri” Vernaccia Di San Gimignano from Tuscany paired with Fresh Salmon with Lime and Chili Dressing, Trappolini “Est! Est!! Est!!!” Di Montefiascone from Lazio paired with Slow Baked Sea Bass with Couscous, Arrigoni “Nabucco”, Chianti Colli Sensi from Tuscany paired with Grilled Lamb Loin in Pita Bread with Mozzarella Cheese, Trappolini “Cenereto” Lazio from Lazio paired with Beef Tenderloin Steak and Arrigoni “Flauto Magico” Sparkling Rose from Lombardy paired with Lemon Rocks Salt, all to the sounds of the fabulous international duo, making the white Christmas Eve truly memorable.
