The awards celebrate establishments that have demonstrated exceptional achievement in service excellence, innovative concepts, and superior guest experiences across Bangkok, Hua Hin, and Thailand’s tropical islands.
The carefully curated selection of winners represents the pinnacle of hospitality excellence, chosen by HOT Magazine’s experienced team after twelve years of first-hand experiences at Thailand’s finest establishments. The awards span multiple categories, acknowledging the diverse facets of luxury hospitality, from urban hotels to beachfront resorts, and from fine dining to event hosting.

In Bangkok, the Athenee, a Luxury Collection Hotel claimed the title of Best Luxury City Hotel, distinguished by its unique blend of French-inspired elegance and Thai luxury. The property’s commitment to delivering exceptional service while maintaining its position as a landmark of sophistication in Bangkok’s center secured its victory in this prestigious category.


The riverside categories saw fierce competition, with the Siam Hotel winning Best Luxury Riverfront Hotel for its masterful integration of traditional Thai architecture with modern luxury along the Chao Phraya River. The Four Seasons at Chao Phraya elevated the category further, earning the Ultra Luxury designation for its revolutionary urban resort concept and unmatched service standards.


In the serviced residence category, 137 Pillars Suites & Residences emerged victorious, setting new standards for luxury residential living with its meticulous attention to detail and personalized service approach. The property’s success in creating a true home-away-from-home experience for long-term guests distinguished it from competitors.

Bangkok’s dining scene received special recognition, with Fireplace Grill & Bar securing the Best Steakhouse Restaurant award for its exceptional meat selection and preparation techniques. This Iconic Steak House first opened its doors in 1966, and its been thrilling diners ever since.



The Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park achieved dual honors, winning both Best Hotel Dining Destination for its many food and beverage outlets in the hotel, as well as multiple restaurants at Asiatique. The Marriott Marqui Queen’s Park also won the Best Event Hotel Bangkok, acknowledging its 1,300 rooms and suites, 3 full size grand ballrooms, and multiple smaller meeting and breakout rooms. The hotels’ comprehensive excellence in culinary offerings and event hosting capabilities is unrivaled in Bangkok.

Moving to Hua Hin, the awards recognized the coastal city’s unique blend of heritage and luxury. Anantara received the Best Luxury Heritage Hotel award for its successful preservation of royal heritage while delivering modern luxury experiences. Established as the very first Anantara resort, this pioneering property laid the foundation for a brand that now encompasses 40 hotels and resorts spanning multiple continents.



The InterContinental Hua Hin dominated its categories, winning both Best Hotel Dining Destination and Best Luxury Resort, demonstrating its exceptional standards across all operations. One of its top restaurants, Jaras, took home the prize for Best Thai Food Restaurant Hua Hin.


The Sheraton Hua Hin secured the Best Event Hotel award for its 1,000 square meter+ ballroom, while Big Fish & Bar at the Marriott Hua Hin was recognized as the Best Beachfront Restaurant, with its floor to ceiling windows capturing Hua Hin’s sandy beach life. Winner of the prestigious Michelin Key, V Villas claimed the Ultra Luxury Hotel category for its exclusive boutique experience and personalized service.



In a special category recognizing Thailand’s island destinations, Kiri Soneva on Koh Kood was named Best Thai Tropical Island Resort, acknowledging its remarkable achievement in creating an environmentally conscious luxury experience in a pristine island setting.
Looking ahead, HOT Magazine announced plans to expand the Signature Awards program to include public nominations and voting, alongside assessment by a distinguished judging panel. This evolution will further cement the awards’ position as a prestigious recognition of excellence in Thailand’s hospitality industry.
